Pilates House Hanoi launched Lolita’s Legacy teacher training in Vietnam in 2020.
It’s the only place in Southeast Asia region where you can find it! The only official representative in Vietnam and Southeast Asia region is Nadiia Radionycheva.Lolita's Legacy is a course that allows you to become a fully trained professional certified Pilates teacher, it includes 500 hours of training, full and detailed illustrated manuals, and DVDs on all subjects, prepared by Lolita San Miguel herself. At the end of the program and after successful completion of examinations (approximately 12-14 months) you will receive a Diploma, signed and registered by Lolita San Miguel and Nadiia Radionycheva. The diploma is recognized by the PMA (Pilates Method Alliance). The primary goal of Lolita's Legacy teacher training program is to ensure a superior teacher training program that goes beyond the simple criteria requirements of multiple training schools today. Mrs. Lolita San Miguel has been teaching Pilates for over 60 years. Traveling the world and interacting with a large number of Pilates professionals, Lolita San Miguel came to a disappointing conclusion that the popularity of the method led to a decrease in the quality of teaching and Pilates teacher prestige, simplification of the educational programs, and as a result the effectiveness of the method for the end user seems less noticeable. Today, anyone who has attended a two-hour seminar at the workshop or any other event may call his or her activity “Pilates”. In opposition she believes in teaching the original Method with a required minimum of 500 hours.
About Joseph Pilates
The legacy left behind after Joseph's passing has swept the globe and continues to help everyone from athletes to desk jockeys improve their physique and performance.
He developed his method of movement using only gravity as a force of resistance in the most popular Matwork, but also using his ingenious Studio Apparatus, all of which are covered in this course.
About Lolita San Miguel
As a 1st Generation Pilates Instructor and Pilates Elder, Lolita was certified by Joseph Pilates himself. Lolita brings over 60 years of experience of teaching the Pilates Method worldwide to this Teacher Training Program.
At the age of 86 Lolita still works and travels extensively teaching workshops, speaking at industry conferences, and assessing Lolita’s Legacy™students.
Training materials
Easy-to-follow course materials - books and videos explain how to perform and teach all exercises on the Mat and on all the Studio Apparatus and relevant Anatomy and Physiology.
Also, an online educational platform is available to support your training process anywhere you are!
Lolita has poured her 6 decades of experience in the Pilates industry into this unique coursework. The videos and Manuals are packed with Lolita's comments, insights, and personal advice to help you understand what Pilates means to her and how much she wants you to take her Legacy further.Additionally, a new online platform with live-streaming classes as well as recorded ones has been launched in 2020 - https://www.lolita-pilates-online.com
