REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
We would like to take a moment to remind you of our cancellation policy. First, this policy is as important for you as it is for us. A strong cancellation policy keeps you accountable and keeps our business running smoothly. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled lesson or class due to inclement weather as your safety and experience is our main priority. Below is our official cancellation policy for private and duet/shared sessions training reservations.
Each class package (group or private) contains a strict expiry date. If the number of classes for which the class package entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire and no refund will be given for any of unused class.
* One free extension can be applied to a REGULAR pass with the outlined in advance term (i.e. due to unexpected travel, illness, or force majeure).** no extension is applicable for a discounted pass.*** All passes are NOT refundable, could be transferred to another person.
1. Any cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved class time to avoid being charged.2. Cancellation less than 24 -12 hours prior to the start of the reserved class will be charged 50%.3. Cancellation less than 12 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% .3. Cancellations can be done via online, telephone or by e-mailing the studio directly.
Private class policy:1. Class times varies from 60 to 90 minutes minutes – regular and introductory classes accordingly. Classes begin and end promptly as scheduled. 2. Regardless of client arrival time, all classes will end at the scheduled time.3. Please be courteous and quiet while sessions are in progress and we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the studio.
Introductory session (or Introductory package) booking policy:In order to secure your spot we are kindly asking about deposit of $75 ( 1,900,000 VND ) on a studio account a day before session. NOTE: booking deposit is non - refundable, allowing rescheduling within the cancellation policy terms.*All payments will be processed in VND based on exchange rate the day of payment.*Red invoice and receipts can be issued upon request (10% VAT for red invoices will be added on).
