    We provide a Comprehensive training in anatomy and biomechanics and giving a Comprehensive 500h course Lolita's Legacy Vietnam (meeting standards of education of Pilates Method Alliance (USA) and additional “Anatomy&biomechanics block”.

   The unique course combining:

- anatomy/biomechanics including information from the newest research on anatomy&physiology

- Comprehensive expalatanion using Netters anatomy books and visual materials

- Added information using knowledge about fascia (Anatomy trains), Franklin method, Feldenkrais , special techniques for working with the body
