"Where authentic lineage meetsmodern movement science"

Certified Pilates teachers complete their training and enter a fragmented landscape — isolated workshops, method-specific seminars, no structured progression. There is no pathway that builds systematically from anatomy to clinical application, grounded in both authentic classical tradition and contemporary movement science.

The Pilates Sciences Institute was created to fill that gap. Founded by Nadiia Radionycheva — second-generation Master Teacher with direct lineage from Joseph Pilates through Lolita San Miguel — the Institute brings together 16 years of clinical practice, 10 years of scoliosis specialization, and a Master's-level foundation in kinesiology into one globally accessible online platform. Mini-courses, certificate programs, and a postgraduate diploma pathway — designed exclusively for certified teachers who are serious about their practice.

Pilates education has a postgraduate gap. We are here to fill it.

The Science

Classical wisdom alone is not enough. Every course integrates contemporary kinesiology, clinical biomechanics, and evidence-informed practice — because teachers working with real bodies in complex conditions need more than tradition.
Modalities include Classical Pilates full apparatus, Kinesiology, PSSE Schroth, Feldenkrais Method, Anatomy Trains, Bowen Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy — synthesized into a coherent clinical framework.

Feet: Our Foundation and StabilityYour feet are the foundation for your entire body — when they don’t function well, the knees, pelvis, back, and even posture pay the price. This workshop explores foot anatomy and biomechanics and teaches corrective exercises to restore strength and stability from the ground up.Add on: Pilates toe stretcher and foot corrector

Working with the knees in Pilates

Price: TBA

Illustration

Discover how knee pain and dysfunction are rarely just about the knee — feet, hips, and movement patterns all play a role. Learn to assess, mobilize, and stabilize the knee joint with practical, hands-on techniques.

Wotking with hip joint in Pilates

Price: TBA

Illustration

The hip joint is central to mobility, alignment, and pain-free movement throughout the body. This workshop covers hip anatomy, biomechanics, and corrective exercises to improve flexibility, stability, and motor control.

Working with Pelvis & Sacrum

Price: TBA

Illustration

The pelvis and sacrum form a dynamic structure that balances forces throughout the entire body — when their mobility is restricted, the lower back, shoulders, and legs often compensate. Learn to assess sacroiliac and pelvic mobility and use targeted exercises to restore healthy function.

Working with Spine in Pilates

Price: TBA

Illustration

Your spine is a sophisticated biomechanical system, and understanding it is key to safe, effective movement. This workshop covers spinal anatomy, mobility, and stability, with practical strategies to build a resilient, pain-free back.

 Working with Shoulder Girdle

Price: TBA

Illustration

Shoulder pain and limited mobility are rarely isolated issues — they connect to the whole body’s movement patterns. Learn the anatomy and functional connections of the shoulder girdle and gain tools to restore strength, mobility, and stability.

Working with Neck & Neck Pain

Price: TBA

Illustration

Neck pain is one of the most common complaints teachers encounter, yet often misunderstood. This workshop covers neck anatomy, biomechanics, and postural misalignments, with practical techniques to release tension and address pain safely.

Arm Connections in Pilates

Price: TBA

Illustration

Weight-bearing on the arms — planks, push-ups, quadruped work — depends on a strong connection from wrist to shoulder. Learn the alignment and biomechanics behind safe arm support and how to progress clients into more advanced weight-bearing exercises.

Breathing in Pilates

Price: TBA

Illustration

Breathing is a foundational function that can either support or sabotage movement quality, depending on its mechanics. This workshop breaks down the anatomy and biomechanics of breathing and offers corrective exercises to optimize breathing patterns.

All bout Gluteal System

Price: TBA

Illustration

Glutes influence far more than aesthetics — they support posture, hip and knee control, and lower back health. Learn to identify what’s really inhibiting glute function and how to correct it for both shape and pain relief.

Principals of Pilates movement

Price: TBA

Illustration

The essential foundation for every Pilates teacher, covering breathing, motor control, spinal biomechanics, and full-body integration. This course builds the framework you’ll use in every future Pilates Matwork and equipment training.

Understanding of the Pelvic Floor

Price: TBA

Illustration

The pelvic floor is far more complex than a simple “hammock,” and common strengthening advice often misses the mark. This workshop explores the real anatomy and layered structure of the pelvic floor and how it connects to breathing and core function.

Understanding Core & Abdominals

Price: TBA

Illustration

Strong abdominals aren’t just about crunches — true core function is about proper sequencing and stabilization of the pelvis and spine. Learn the real anatomy and functional connections behind a flat, functional core.

Working Safely with Hernia Clients

Price: TBA

Illustration

Clients with hernias require careful modification and a clear understanding of safe movement boundaries. This workshop gives Pilates teachers a practical framework for adapting exercises confidently — protecting clients while keeping them active.
